Water and environmental conservation program seeks to achieve basic clean water supply and clean environment. Activities in this program will include water harvesting, water storage, construction of water wells and dams.
The environmental program entails collection and disposal of garbage in the refugee centres so that the community is protected from health hazards and air pollution campaigns, training on environmental conservation will be conducted from time to time (See action plan). Nursery trees will be provided for tree planting in refugee’scentres.
